The 27-year-old Shia Bahraini is the latest victim of the regime’s deadly crackdown on opposition protests over the past year.
According to sources, this morning a Bahraini youth was killed after al-Khalifa forces attacked protesters in the village of Shahrakan, leaving one killed and many injured.
Sabri Mahfudh Yousef was killed due to inhalation of tear gas fired by regime forces.
Al-Wefaq party announced the death of Jaafar Jassem Radi in a statement it issued, pointing out that “the martyr is from Maqshaa, and has passed away as a result of inhaling toxic gases… the same way that other Shia died by before, due to the excessive use of those gases.”
