iraq-samarra-suicide-car-blastSRW(Shia Rights Watch) strongly condemns the attack on the Shia in Baghdad, IRAQ. SRW hold the government responsible for not protecting Shia who are the majority of the country. It is obvious that Anti-Shia terrorism don’t want Iraqi’s to have their freedom.  On Wednesday June 13,2012 Anti- Shia attacked the Shia pilgrims in southern Iraq and killed at least 70 Shia and wounded 300. The attack happened in the  anniversary of 7th Shia Imam, Moussa al-Kadhim (PBUH).

Shia are a target in this city every day. Years ago Anti-Shia terrorist attacked and blew up the Shia’s 7th Shia Imam Moussa al-Kadhim, shrine. Now after that tragedy, Shia were celebrating the new construction of their holy place that new attack happened.

At least 18 Shia were killed when four bombs hit Shia pilgrims across Baghdad as they gathered to mark the anniversary of the martyrdom of Shia imam Moussa al-Kadhim, a great-grandson of Prophet Mohammad (PBUH).

In the southern city of Hilla, two bombs, including one detonated by a suicide car bomber, exploded outside restaurants frequented by police, killing 53 Shia and wounding 90. Two more car bombs killed four Shia in the mainly Shi’ite city of Balad.
