July First was a Bloody Start for Pakistani Shia Muslims

Two explosions in Quetta claimed the lives of 28 Shia Muslims and injured 70 more on July 1^st, 2013. The explosions took place close to the very well-known Abu Talib Islamic Center. The suicide was a bicycle rider who exploded his bombs when he got close to the center. Lashkar-e-Jhangi proudly claimed the responsibility of the explosion.

10 women and 4 children were among the victims of this violent act against Shia Muslims in Pakistan.

Shia of Pakistan have lost thousands of lives because of their faith. Lashkar-e-Jhangi is one of many terrorist groups that target Shia population yet Pakistani government has not managed to stop them. SRW asks the Pakistani government to immediately take action and clean the country from terrorist groups.
