On Monday March 18th, a well-known Shia college professor, Sibt-e-Jafar, was killed in Liaquatabad Karachi.
Sibt-e-Jafar was well known for his contributions to education and the community.

Sources said college principal Sibt-e-Jaffar was on his way from the college to his home when armed men intercepted him in Liaquatabad area and opened fire, killing him on the spot.
